Construction

The products are widely used in construction caulking, insulation of electronic components, shockproof, moistureproof, corrosionproof, mold making and demolding of rubber and plastic products, as well as leather slip agent and isolating agent, etc. For example, 107 glue, which is cured at room temperature with cross-linking agent and catalyst, can keep elasticity for a long time in the temperature range of -60~200℃, with excellent electrical properties and chemical stability, and can resist water, odor and weather aging.

Sulfuric acid recovery

The construction of the sulfuric acid recycling plant will reduce the amount of purchased concentrated sulfuric acid from 12,000 tons/year to 400 tons/year, which will greatly reduce the transportation of hazardous chemicals and the disposal of waste sulfuric acid.

Targeted Conversion

The directional conversion device adopts eight processes of high temperature incineration, waste heat recovery, cyclone dust removal, rapid cooling of flue gas, wet dust removal, HCl absorption, alkali scrubbing and accident gas washing, which can harmlessly and resourcefully utilize all the waste gas and waste residue produced in the production process

Zero Discharge Sewage Treatment

We have invested in the construction of wastewater treatment station and multi-effect evaporator wastewater zero discharge device, which is used back to the production unit after deep treatment of the biochemically treated wastewater. It realizes zero discharge of wastewater from the park and treats 850,000 tons of water/year.

Full process automation

Adopt DCS automatic control system, through the control of key monitoring process parameters, set the emergency stop system, set the independent safety instrumentation system (SIS) can realize the automation of the whole process, with the completion of automatic control monitoring, alarm, control and emergency stop and other functions. It can meet the requirements of safe production.
