Inner Mongolia Hengxing Chemical Corp.,LTD is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Henan Hengxing Technology Co.,LTD which is a listed company in Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "Hengxing Technology"), a well-known private enterprise in Henan Province, whose products are widely used in power transmission, automobile transportation, bridge construction and other industries.
With an annual output of 120KTA high-performance silicone polymer, its products are widely used in machinery, electronics, medical, textile, construction and other fields. The total investment of the project is 2.1 billion CNY, covering an area of 700mu(1mu= 666m2), with an annual output value of 2.2 billion CNY, providing 600 jobs for the society. High performance silicone polymer conforms to the industrial planning of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and is a strategic emerging industry supported by Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. High performance silicone polymer is the industrial monosodium glutamate of chemical industry. The project will make full use of methanol, hydrochloric acid, waste steam and other products in the park, further extend the industrial chain of enterprise products in the park, and realize the sustainable development of circular economy in the park Exhibition has remarkable economic and social benefits.
In this project, methanol, hydrochloric acid, steam, metal silicon powder and other main raw and auxiliary materials are used to obtain mixed methylcyclosiloxane (DMC) through synthesis, rectification, cracking and other ways, and deep processing of DMC is carried out to form 120KTA high-performance silicone polymer products.
The high-performance silicone project is planned to be completed 24 months after obtaining the construction project license. After the project is put into operation, the annual power consumption is about 200 million kwh, which can digest about 110KTA methanol, 700KTA reactive steam and 10KTA of hydrogen chloride, the by-product of chlor alkali in the Park.
